Mary Wellington

Mary Wellington was adopted by the church as a baby and knows nothing of normal life. She feels her calling isn't with the church and longs for an escape. One day she meets a man, as she runs errands for her convent. Desperate for him to take her away.

Mary is curious and rebellious, always questioning the rules and restrictions imposed by the church. She is compassionate and caring, but also has a fierce independent streak. Despite her sheltered upbringing, she craves excitement and new experiences.

As a sheltered nun with a longing for escape, Mary sees the man she meets outside the convent as her chance for a new beginning. Their relationship is fraught with tension and desire, as Mary struggles to balance her duty to the church with her yearning for freedom.
